Which Series should you choose?
The Heritage Series is available for anyone looking for a classic, yet lower cost alternative to my vintage series. As these use real saws, each piece is unique and has a story to tell from a past life of hard work. These are ready to ship within a day or two of ordering and can have personalization added.
The Contemporary Series is a great choice if you need it soon. Also, this line is more consistent with a custom hardwood handle and finish. The blade design is unique, and I am able to match a ‘logging’ saw design with a tree saw blade and handle. I can still add a name or logo to these, but have to allow up to 30 days. This is also a great option if you need a quantity for your company or event.
The Vintage Series is perfect for anyone who wants a more rustic piece. Some people love the feel of an old saw and feel that it fits their decor better. I have a lot of old saws on hand, and can generally choose a nice-looking saw. These saws can also be customized more easily, and I can do completely new custom designs for you. Due to the design and work involved, these saws can take up to 30 days to produce.
When I first started cutting saws in 2017, it set me on a journey that led to me having the name, “The Saw Lady”! Since then, I have cut over 4000 saws and shipped them around the world. This is my “Vintage Series“
In the spring of 2022, I introduced a new lineup called the “Contemporary Series“. This series is made of manufactured blades based on my custom designs. I have them made locally at a small family-run metal shop. I also designed custom wood handles, which are cut at a small wood shop near Chester. I then hand-finish and assemble each piece. This allows me to have stock on hand, which I can ship the next day. It also frees up my time to create more custom artwork.
I added a new line in the fall of 2025: The Heritage Series! This series features my custom designs etched into old, antique saws to create a unique and classic look. I can make these to order in my studio and add customization when needed.
