Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipping, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.

We accept multiple forms of payment through our secure checkout. Orders will not be processed, produced, or shipped until payment has cleared.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you and often involve personalized details such as names, dates, or unique design elements.

Because of the custom nature of these pieces:

Custom orders with personalized names or text are non-returnable, unless an error was made by us.
If we misspell a name or make a mistake in the approved design, we will correct or replace the item at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom details before production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted on non-custom items within a reasonable time after delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Custom orders with personalized names or text are not eligible for return or exchange unless the error was ours.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping timelines vary by product and season.
Estimated delivery times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.
Once an item ships, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Product Variations

All of our artwork is handcrafted. Because of this:

Natural variations in color, texture, patina, and finish should be expected.
These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.
Product photos represent the general design, not an exact duplicate.

Installation & Display

All items are intended for decorative use.
Customers are responsible for proper installation and secure mounting.
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and artwork on this site are the intellectual property of The Saw Lady® and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
