Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility and condition
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Please return the item with any included components and packaging materials when possible.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging.
How to start a return
Email Contact@theSawLady.com with:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
We will reply with next steps and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Return shipping costs
If your item is damaged or defective
If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will work with you on a replacement or refund. When applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If you changed your mind
If you simply changed your mind, returns are accepted, but return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are issued after we receive the item back.
Exchanges
If an item is defective, we will exchange it when possible. Once the return is in progress and we can see the original is on its way back, we will move forward with the replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item.
Processing time: Please allow 3 business days after receipt for us to process your refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Custom and personalized items
Custom orders that include names or other personalization are not eligible for return, unless we made an error.
International orders
International customers should contact us first at Contact@theSawLady.com so we can confirm the best return method. Unless the item is damaged or defective, international return shipping and any duties or taxes may be the customer’s responsibility.
